RETURN AND

EXCHANGE POLICY 

Raine & Riley’s gladly accepts exchanges if you are not 100% satisfied. Provided the item was correct but did not meet your satisfaction, the buyer will be responsible for all exchange shipping charges.
 
Items are 1-1 exchange. If a different size or color is out of stock, you can choose an alternate item for exchange.
 
If alternate item(s) is of lower value, a store credit will be issued to make up the difference.
 
If alternate item(s) is of greater value, the customer agrees to pay the difference.
 
All items must be returned within 14 business days. Holidays are excluded.
 
If the buyer does not wish to make an exchange or purchase, a store credit will be issued. All store credits are valid for one full year from the date of issue.
 
All items must be returned in the same exact condition they were shipped. This includes: Original Tags and Labels attached, Unworn, Unwashed and Unused.
 
PLEASE DO NOT SEND BACK ANY ITEMS WITHOUT RECEIVING AN AUTHORIZATION CODE FIRST.

Jewelry, Hats, Hair Accessories, Books, Bloomers, Undergarments, Teething Rings, Socks, Stockings, Swimwear and Halloween Costumes are NON-REFUNDABLE due to hygienic reasons.
